Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – HA LONG BAY (D)
Upon arrival in Hanoi, a warmest welcome at airport & then transfer guests to Ha Long Bay (about 180km from Hanoi to the Northeast direction) through the beautiful scenery of green rice fields, water buffalos and everyday Vietnamese village life in Red River Delta. The seaside city is famous with Ha Long Bay - a beautiful natural wonder in northern Viet Nam. One of the main attractions of Ha Long is the UNESCO Heritage - Ha Long Bay with calm water and the thousands of limestone mountains dotting the seascape. The Bay's water is clear during the spring and early summer. Some of the islands are quite large and there are small alcoves with sandy beaches where swimming is possible

Strolling around Ha Long night market which is marked with a lot of the decorative goods (boxes, wooden ornaments, clothes, fabrics and lacquered dishes), outdoor karaoke bars and supermarkets, or at leisure

Day 2: HA LONG BAY – HANOI – WATER PUPPET SHOW (B, L, D)

Enjoy 4-hour boat cruise to visit the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay which is dotted with 1,600 limestone islands and islets and covers an area of over 1,500sqkm. This extraordinary area was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site the first time in 1994 and second time in 2000 for its geomorphic value. Visit Thien Cung grotto – the symbol of Ha Long Bay, and passing by so many amazing islets: Dog Islet, Sails Islet, Dinh Huong Islet and Ga Choi Stone…

Drive back to Hanoi
Enjoy water puppet show – a very special show found only in Viet Nam - a series of “ancient” short stories and legends presented through the use of traditional music, song, and characters. The stage is actually a large container of water where the characters (carved wooden puppets) “act” out the story. The music is live, performed by a group of musicians that share a side stage adjacent to the water stage

Day 3: HANOI CITY – SAPA (B, L, D)

Visit Ba Dinh Square with Hochiminh’s Mausoleum (close every Monday, Friday, October and November) - a large memorial to the Vietnamese Leader Ho Chi Minh. Then visit President Hochiminh’s house of stilt which was built in the style of Viet Nam ethnic minority, One Pillar Pagoda (Mot Cot pagoda – the artistic architecture of 11th century) with the shape like a lotus flower
Continue visiting Temple of Literature (Van Mieu), dedicated to the great Chinese scholar Confucius, was founded in 1070 as the first university of Viet Nam to educate Viet Nam's administrative and warrior’s class
Then visit Returned-Sword Lake - a beautiful basket of flowers at the heart of Hanoi, a mirror-like green lake and Ngoc Son Temple and The Huc Bridge
Buffet lunch at Sen Tay Ho restaurant
Depart for Sapa (~ 5-hour drive). On the way, you can enjoy the beauty of North West mountain of Vietnam for amazing photos

Day 4: SAPA – HAM RONG MOUNTAIN – TA VAN VILLAGE – FANSIPAN PEAK (B, L, D)

Early morning, make a short trek to Ham Rong Mountain with Orchid garden, Heaven gate, enjoy the minority show performed by the young minority ladies and men. On clear - blue sky days, you will have a chance to contemplate the beautiful overview of Sapa town and will visit the so-called “stone forest” here.
Visit Ta Van village - home of Dzay minority, Thai minority and Tay minority.
Lunch at local restaurant
Take 20 minute flight by cable car and climb some 600 steps more to reach Fansipan Peak - the Roof of Indochina (3,143m). Fansipan cable car received two certificates of its records from representative of Guinness World Record. One is the longest cable car with the length of 1,1410 meters. The other is the highest with the height of 6,292.5 meters.

Day 5: SAPA – HA NOI - DEPARTURE (B, L, D)

Free shopping at Old Quarter (36-ancient wards & streets), a maze of streets dating back to the 13th century, crowded with variety of beautiful narrow streets, a location of many historical buildings not only of French style but also of traditional style of Hanoi in the early on 20th century

Transfer guests to Noi Bai International airport for flight back home. End of service
